といった意味です。

“ABCs of Racial Literacy” という番組プログラムの、 “Explaining Race” というタイトルの初回放送分で、という意味になると思います。
※ちなみにこの動画、You tubeに動画がアップされていたので視聴してみました。子供向けなのでとても優しく綺麗な言葉で話されているのでわかりやすいです。
